FAQs

If you are traveling, it's important you thoroughly investigate what kind of test/s you require for your entire journey, including any transit stops you may have. You can find the updated entry requirements for your destination by visiting the respective country's government website or the UK Government Website.

While entry requirements have been removed for the majority of countries, there are still a few countries which require a negative Covid-19 test to enter. It's your responsibility to ensure you have all the correct documentation for your journey before you travel. Cignpost Concierge/ExpressTest does not accept any liability should your travel provider or destination country not accept our tests or Fit to Fly documentation.

Please allow enough time for your test/s to be conducted and the results to be delivered to you before attempting to travel - managing this testing window is your responsibility. PCR results are delivered within 4-6 hours of the sample arriving at our laboratory. Lateral Flow Antigen tests return results in approximately 25 minutes.

Children and Testing

Children under 18 years of age may be subject to different testing criteria depending on where you are traveling to.

Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when testing.

Our tests are suitable for children of all ages. For younger kids, if you're able to sit next to your child or have them sat on your lap during swabbing it will give them a sense of comfort. You may wish to have a toy handy to help soothe or entertain your child as well.

In all cases, please let our concierge practitioner know if there's anything we could do to make the whole process more comfortable for you and your child.

Order your Concierge ExpressTest Covid-19 test online via the 'Book a Test' button on the top right-hand corner of the home page. Choose a location and time slot of your choice and pay directly online.

Once payment has been made you'll be sent a booking confirmation email containing your booking reference. This could take up to 30 minutes to receive. We suggest you check your spam/junk folders in case you have not received this to your primary inbox.

Once we receive your booking, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm your exact preferred testing time. Confirmation of the date and time as well as the concierge practitioner attending will be sent following this.

PLEASE NOTE you will need to have your valid passport to hand if you have booked 'PCR Fit to Fly' test so we can verify your credentials on site.

You can select either a morning (07:00-13:00) or afternoon (13:00-19:00) slot for your appointment. After booking you will be contacted by the Concierge Team to confirm an exact time and any other special instructions.
